Your legals only ceremony
Inclusions
- You can lodge your completed Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form with me at least 30 days before your wedding date. If you prefer, I will complete the NOIM for you to sign, at least 30 days before your wedding date.
- I will prepare a script that includes all legal wording requirements including legal vows. You are welcome to exchange wedding rings and / or add personal vows if you choose to do so.
- I will marry you at my home office (up to 4 people) or I will travel to your marriage location up to 30 kilometers from the Perth Central Business District. For distances beyond 30 kilometres, there may be an extra cost recovery charge.
- I’ll conduct your short wedding ceremony with warmth and sincerity, without fuss or fanfare.
- You will receive an attractive official presentation marriage certificate, signed by you and your witnesses (and me as your celebrant) during the ceremony.
- You will receive a beautifully presented hard copy of your personal ceremony.
- I’ll prepare and lodge all legal paperwork with the WA Department of Birth, Deaths and Marriages for registration.
A perfect experience for couples who just want to get married casually with minimum time, effort and cost, couples who are eloping or couples who are having their wedding overseas but appreciate the ease of getting married in Australia.
